It’s events like these that bring our entire parish community together;
to connect, break bread, and enjoy one another’s company. I was joking with a friend that while I recognize nearly every face, it’s occasions like this that give us a chance to sit down and truly bond with those we see each week!
This past Sunday, our council had the privilege of hosting our annual Breakfast with Santa, and what a joy it was! We had the pleasure of serving over 150 guests, filling Montminy Hall and a line stretching to the door as we served our community!
A special thank you to the Daughters of Mary, Mother of Healing Love, who generously volunteered their time offering professional photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus. Their kindness added a beautiful touch to the event and created lasting memories for everyone who attended. Thank you to Santa & Mrs. Claus as well, for traveling all the way from the North Pole! ;)
We are deeply grateful to our Brother Knights and their families, whose dedication and hard work in the weeks leading up to the event, as well as throughout the day, made this celebration, and countless others like it, possible.
Thank you to everyone who helped make this event a heartwarming success. We can’t wait to do it again next year! On behalf of the Knights of Columbus Council # 5163, Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year!
